  • The Home Watch Service for owners of second homes, Airbnb hosts and snowbirds. The trusted service offers a multi-point plan to walk your unoccupied home's perimeter and interior rooms checking for potential areas of concern. If a problem is observed such as; storm damage, broken window, low thermostat battery, sump pump alarms, water tank/boiler leaks… you'll be contacted.

  • Coordination with your contractors to oversee emergency repairs while you're out of town would be arranged.

  • Bi-monthly and monthly Home Watch plans to fit your requirements.

Photos of damage the Home Watch Service would notify you of, saving additional home repairs and costs.
